New Orleans Spice® - Parade of Classics (DHMP 0801)

On this CD is the Six-piece Jazz Band.
Trumpet, Clarinet, Banjo, Tuba, Bass Drum & Snare Drum.

The music on the New Orleans Spice CD entitled "Parade of Classics" is fun, exciting, musical and captivating. It is classic New Orleans traditional jazz at its best. This is "feel-good" music in its finest form. The CD has 16 selections of recognized songs performed by a few of the best musicians in New Orleans today. The cover has an original watercolor done by a local artist, Misha Ambrosia, and the insert card has a beautiful black and white photo of Pirates Alley beside the St. Louis Cathedral taken by David Hansen, the group's leader. The music and the package are first class.

"All of the participants are at the top of their games in this one."
Tom Jacobsen - Mississippi Rag, January 2002
